I decided to delete all of my past entries and start over fresh. For those who wish to know...I've had a pretty fun summer. It's been filled with many new experiences, the biggest being traveling to 7 new states. All fun and games is about to end though, with marching band starting Monday. I'm REALLY not looking forward to it, because I really dislike the first month of marching band. BUt in the end it will be more than worth it, and I know the accomplishment and physical activity will make me proud.
Last night I went swimming at the lake with Elaine, Shannon and Jen.My favorite and most peaceful part of the night was floating freely in the water with my arms out, palms facing the sky, with only a sheet of water above it, while I gazed at the stars...*sigh* |
